Maybe you are interested in yoga, have questions about it and want to try, but you are not comfortable to start in a group session. In that case a private session can be the solution to get you started.
You can book a private session for yourself, one-on-one or book it for a group of people. You have the liberty to choose for a standard yoga lesson or working on a specific theme (chakras, ashtanga series, stress therapy, weight reduction, inversions,…)
You can be very creative and playful with yoga and partner up for some acroyoga. It strengthens the bond between you and your yogapartner, because you need to have trust and communicate clearly with each other during the entire practice. And besides the workout, bonding and relaxation you get out of it…it’s just a lot of fun!
